  • Administrator for Foundation IT Support (Professional Services)

    We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Administrator for Foundation IT Support who will support the IT team in providing an outstanding level of service provision throughout the Foundation.

    The successful candidate will support the Foundation Director of Digitally Enabled Learning and the Foundation IT Support Team – enabling the team to deliver effective IT support and management across all schools within the Foundation. The post holder will provide key administrative support to the team (from helpdesk and database management to financial administration), and communication with staff, pupils, parents and external contractors/partners.

    The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient and able to prioritise and multi-task effectively. They will enjoy working as part of a team.

    The role is for 37.5 hours per week, year-round and the salary will be between £21,618 - £23,693 dependent upon experience.  For further information, please refer to the attached Applicant Information Pack.  The closing date for applications is Monday 11th July 2022 at 12 noon, with interviews expected to be held week commencing 18th July 2022.

  • Foundation Marketing Officer (Professional Services)

    Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Activities to include:

    • Reviewing and updating School websites, ensuring content is accurate and consistent.

    • Liaising with Foundation Digital Marketing Officer, to ensure a social media schedule management (event updating) is maintained and implemented, including an ongoing and effective channel monitoring programme.

    • Supporting Marketing teams to manage advertising schedule, including bookings, liaising with Graphic Designers where necessary and supply of artwork.

    • Photographing events in school to promote the offer on social media platforms, websites, publications and newsletters.

    • Supporting the admissions team with the marketing aspects of events.

    • Ensuring marketing and advertising campaigns are co-ordinated, approved and implemented to deadline.

    • Maintaining an on-line portfolio/library of press coverage for reference purposes.

    • Managing the development and routine delivery of school newsletters as required.

    • Providing a prompt and effective proof-reading service as required.

    • Where directed by Marketing Managers, providing detailed brief to external creative agency, with clear instructions, and guidance, ensuring they are on brand and on message.

    • Maintain a good working knowledge of both local and national trends within the independent education sector.

    • Managing communication with both academic and non-academic departments within the Foundation, for the promotion of external events.

    • Accurately and effectively utilising the schools’ databases both to gather information required and to maintain and update records as required.

    • Recording and monitoring budget within department, reporting any concerns to line manager.

  • Swimming Teachers (Level 1 and 2) - weekends only (Sports Centre)

    We are seeking to appoint part-time Swimming Teachers for our outstanding Swim School.

    The ideal candidate will have ASA or STA level one or above, the Teacher Rescue Award and at least 6 months' experience coaching swimming to children; a Lifeguard or First Aid at Work qualification would be advantageous.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to quickly build rapport with children and parents.

    We are open on Saturdays between 8am - 2.30pm and Sundays from 8.30am - 1.30pm, all year round. Flexible working patterns within these times are available.  The rate of pay for Level One is £14.63 per hour and Level Two is £18.68 per hour.

  • Leisure Assistants, part-time (Sports Centre)

    We are seeking to appoint a number of Leisure Assistants to assist in the high-quality running of the day-to-day operational efficiency of the Sports Centre and associated sports facilities.

    The successful candidates will also assist in supervising the use of the Sports Hall, squash courts and other facilities of hire within the sports centre and grounds.

    There are a number of shift opportunities available, from mid-week evenings (5.30pm - 10.30pm), Saturdays 7am - 6pm and Sundays 8am - 6pm.  The contracts are offered on a casual, zero hours basis and the hourly rate is £11.58.
