  • Warwick School - Medical Centre Receptionist/Administrator (part-time). Internal applications only.

    This role is open to employees of Warwick Independent Schools Foundation only.

    Warwick School is looking for a part-time Receptionist / Administrator to provide a "front of house" service for the Medical Centre.    It is important that the successful candidate has a good telephone manner and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office system.  They should also be First Aid at work Trained (or willing to undergo the qualification).  

    Hours of work: 8.45 - 14.45 Monday - Friday 27.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (30 minute unpaid break). 

    Weeks per year: 35.4 (term-time only plus INSET days)

    Salary: £10,417 - 10,893 per annum actual (£19,336 -£20,221 full time equivalent)

  • Minibus Driver: casual hours (Kingsley)

    We are seeking to appoint a minibus driver, who will collect and return our pupils from locations around Warwickshire and beyond. In addition, there will be duties involving driving our pupils to and from our sports ground in Leamington Spa

    To drive the school minibus in a responsible and competent manner, ensuring the safety of the passengers, other road users, members of the public and yourself at all times.

    This is part-time position, casual hours, based at the main site of The Kingsley School, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The hourly rate for this role is £9.97 per hour.

  • Site Operative: part time (Kingsley)

  • Lunchtime Supervisor, 7.5 hrs per week (Warwick Junior School)

    We are seeking to appoint a Lunch Time Supervisor at Warwick Junior School.

    The main purpose of the role is to supervise pupils during the lunch period to ensure their supervision, safety and welfare in the dining hall, on the playgrounds and at other locations as required.

    The hours of work are 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day) Monday to Friday, term time only.  The hourly rate is £10.05.
