  • Homework Supervisor (Warwick Junior School)

    Warwick Junior School is looking to recruit a Homework Supervisor to work between 3.45 pm and 6.00 pm (11.25 hours a week) Monday - Friday, term time only, to start in September 2022. 

    The role is to be responsible for the welfare of the Year 3 and 4 boys staying for homework in the library between 3.45 and 5.30 pm and to oversee Year 5 and 6 boys until they are collected.  The role will ensure the boys present are using their time to study and complete homework and are following guidelines set for homework club.

    This role could be held in conjunction with our Librarian vacancy and we would welcome applicants for both roles (separate application required for each role).

  • Librarian, part-time (Warwick Junior School)

    Warwick Junior School is looking to appoint a part-time Librarian to start September 2022. 

    The Librarian's role is to plan and implement the school's library policy in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team and staff to work in conjunction with the overall School Development Plan. 

    The successful candidate will be educated to A-level; have experience of working with children; have knowledge of children's literature and children's resources to support the curriculum; and have an understanding of library and information skills.

    Warwick Junior School is looking to recruit a part-time secretary to work Monday - Wednesday (hours to be agreed between 7.45 and 4.30) term time only plus inset days to start September 2022.  Full time salary £20,529 - £22,012.

    It is the responsibility of the Junior School Secretary, together with the Headmaster’s PA, to oversee the effective and efficient running of the School Office and to provide a ‘front of house’ service for parents and visitors. This is a job share with the Headmaster’s PA who will be working the remaining two days a week throughout the year.  There is also an Administrator, therefore experience of working in a small team is essential.

  • Equine Co-Ordinator (King's High School)

    We are seeking to appoint an Equine Co-Ordinator to work across the Foundation and to organise opportunities for pupils to be involved in equestrian training and competitions (both local and national).

    The successful candidate will have a passion for equestrian training and be able to develop club links and training opportunities for all pupils.

    The role is term-time only (35.4 weeks per year), and between 8 and 10 hours per week.  The salary is between Point 16 and 19 on the Support Staff pay scale (£3,359 - £3,795 for 8 hours and £4,424 - £4,743 for 10 hours).

    We are looking to appoint a dynamic Sports Graduate to work full-time (term time only) across both Warwick Preparatory and King's High School.

    The ideal candidate would have demonstrated, proven ability in at least one of our major sports. The post is ideal for those considering a career in teaching. They will have the ability to coach at least one sport to a high level and be confident officiating at least two other sports.

    The graduate assistant will be expected to be heavily involved in the extra-curricular provision both during the week and at weekend fixtures.

  • KS2 Teaching Assistants (Warwick Prep School)

    We are seeking to appoint three exceptional teaching assistants to work within KS2 at Warwick Preparatory School (two on a permanent basis and one on a 1-year fixed term contract).  The successful candidates will have previous recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant and be able to build up an excellent rapport with young children; they will have relevant experience and qualifications and be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Warwick Preparatory School.

    The hours of work are from 7.45am - 4pm three days per week and from 7.45am - 5.45pm two days per week when support for the aftercare service provision is required.  The salary is between Points 16 and 19 on the Support Staff salary scale, equating to £17,584 - £18,855 actual per annum for term time only.
